Cin Cin · Prague

We were shut down. Help us pour again.

On 10 July, Cin Cin was forced to close — not for anything in our glasses, but because our premises need structural work to meet Prague's building rules. Become a Founding Member and bring the candles back.

What happened

The room went dark on 10 July.

Cin Cin passed on everything that matters — the wine, the service, the welcome. What we could not pass, as a very small space, was the building code: our storage and our secondary toilets are simply too small to be compliant, and the premises we were handed were never fully adapted to be a bar.

Someone filed a complaint, and the Czech building authority — rightfully — acted on it. On 10 July we received confirmation and had to close a place that guests genuinely loved.

We are not walking away. We are going to fix it properly — and reopen.

A small, well-loved bar caught by bureaucracy, not by anything we served.

Why Cin Cin

A wine bar worth bringing back.

Before the doors closed, this is what people came back for.

01

Every wine by the glass

From everyday discoveries to rare cellar selections — every bottle open to taste, with no commitment and no list to decode.

02

A genuine welcome

Unreasonable hospitality: staff who listen, suggest, and pour a small taste before you decide. Never an upsell.
